CAPE CORAL FLORIDA, November 3, 2017 – PLATE, LLC announced the issue by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on October 24, 2017 of a new patent covering the company’s line of pistol magazine loading devices.

The new patent, US 9,797,669 on an invention by PLATE’s founder, Christopher Plate, is entitled “Magazine Loader” and includes claims covering methods of using a magazine loading device incorporating downward angled portions which automatically pivot rounds so that each round successively enters the magazine. The patent, along with additional pending applications, some of which have already been granted notice of allowance, covers some of the core components incorporated into the company’s new line of ACEM® pistol loading devices.
