If the item you received from us arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we will make every effort to replace it or take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.
If you find a new PLATE product unsatisfactory for any reason, we will accept it back within 30-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item(s). However, in either case, return and/or re-delivery shipping cost are the customers' responsibility.
If you experience an issue with a PLATE product, contact us directly and we'll do everything reasonable to make it right.
Contact us first to receive an RMA number (A valid RMA number is required for return acceptance).
Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
