WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

PLATE accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

 

WHAT IS SHIPPING GOING TO COST ME?

Shipping costs vary based on what option/carrier you choose, you may make this selection during checkout. 

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

Orders will typically ship within 1-5 business days (M-F). Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do NOT ship internationally and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia at this time. If you would like to place a government order for any PLATE product(s) to be exported to an APO/FPO please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to discuss your options.

 

WHAT ARE THE TAX RATES? 

Because PLATE has nexus in Florida, we are required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders with Florida based shipping addresses. The tax total will added to your order during checkout

 

All sales are FOB Shipping Point.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS?

If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible.
